Permit and Construction Documents. Developer shall cause the Architect and other design professionals to prepare Construction Documents as required for submittal of the building permit and other permit applications in accordance with Section 6 hereof, and as required for construction of the Project by the Contractors.
Permit and Construction Documents. Preparation of a complete set of construction contract documents and specifications to acquire Permit from DCRA, and that are complete for bidding. This includes: a. Prepare necessary permit documents and submit to the appropriate DC Government agencies for review and approval. b. Submit full bid set for constructability peer review c. Prepare detailed estimate, with alternates and associated costs d. Review schedule for construction and revise as necessary e. Evaluate bids to ensure that the bids reflect all elements as outlined in the construction documents and specifications.
