Permit Availability. A copy of all required permits and Final Project Documents must be kept on the Project Site at all times. If a NPDES Storm Water Construction Permit is required by TDEC, or any other permit required by any governmental entity, a copy of the Notice of Intent and the Notice of Coverage, or equivalent documents, shall be provided to the Town Engineer prior to commencement of construction for the Project.
