Common use of Permit Issuance Conditions Clause in Contracts

Permit Issuance Conditions. District will issue a Permit(s) to Licensee only when District determines, in its sole judgment, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, that (i) it has sufficient Capacity to accommodate the requested Attachment(s), (ii) permitting the Attachment(s) is consistent with safety and reliability requirements, and (iii) Licensee meets all generally applicable engineering standards and practices.
