The Affiliate shall permit designated personnel of the Affiliate to participate with the Program faculty members in the instruction of Students, provided that such participation does not unreasonably interfere with the service commitments of the Affiliate staff. Provide emergency care to Program Participants. An Affiliate Facility shall provide emergency care within its capabilities to any Program Participants who are injured or become ill while: (a) participating in the Clinical Experiences or such other portion of the Program or (b) at or within any of the Affiliate Facilities, unless declined by the Program Participants.
