PERMITS AND GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY. All permits (other than those the absence of which could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect) required for the construction and operation of all landfills currently owned or operated by the Borrower or any of its Significant Subsidiaries have been obtained and remain in full force and effect and are not subject to any appeals or further proceedings or to any unsatisfied conditions that may allow material modification or revocation. Neither the Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries, nor, to the knowledge of the Borrower, the holder of such permits is in violation of any such permits, except for any violation which could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
