Notice of Potential Claims or Litigation. The Borrower shall deliver to the Banks, within 30 days of receipt thereof, written notice of the initiation of any action, claim, complaint, or any other notice of dispute or potential litigation against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries wherein the potential liability is in excess of $25,000,000 or which questions the validity or enforceability of any Loan Document together with a copy of each such notice received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.

Notice of Potential Claims or Litigation. The Borrowers will deliver to the Lenders, within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof, written notice of the initiation of any action, claim, complaint, or any other notice of dispute or potential litigation (including without limitation any alleged violation of any Environmental Law or any dispute, litigation, investigation or proceeding between any Borrower and any Governmental Authority), wherein the potential liability could reasonably be expected to be in excess of $15,000,000, together with a copy of each such notice received by any Borrower or any Excluded Subsidiary.

Notice of Potential Claims or Litigation. The Borrowers will give notice to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders in writing within thirty (30) days of becoming aware of any pending litigation or proceedings affecting any Borrower or to which any Borrower is or becomes a party (including without limitation any alleged violation of any Environmental Law) involving an uninsured claim against any Borrower, wherein the potential liability is in excess of $10,000,000, and stating the nature and status of such litigation or proceedings. The Borrowers will give notice to the Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders, in writing, in form and detail satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, within ten (10) days of any judgment not covered by insurance, final or otherwise, against any Borrower in an amount in excess of $10,000,000.
