Permits and Inspections. A. Contractor shall obtain all required permits and arrange for all required inspections, including utility company requirements, inspections, and sign-offs. Utility company coordination and permitting shall include the complete interconnect process and securing permission to operate (PTO). B. Contractor shall not allow or cause any of the work to be covered or enclosed until it has been tested and/or inspected.
