Responsibilities of the Town of Morrisville. A. Engage Consultant(s). The Town has engaged ADW Architects and Edifice, Inc. as the design- build team to provide planning and design services for the Project. In addition, the Town may hire other consultants to conduct additional site analysis including boundary or topographical surveys, geotechnical testing and subsurface investigations, environmental assessments, wetland delineations or any other studies necessary for design and development of the Project. The Town shall pay all costs for Site Analysis and Full Design, and shall invoice the County in accordance with the allocation of cost described in Article 1, with costs specifically defined in Articles 5 and 6. The Town will provide copies of all bills/charges from the design consultant and other necessary consultants, as requested by the County, and the Town shall not pay the consultants for services attributed to modifications requested by the Town or County beyond what is included in the executed Services Agreements without first receiving approval from the County.

The City’s Contract Manager shall give the Contractor timely feedback on the acceptability of progress and task reports.

City has the authority to request changes in the work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and with the terms in Exhibit A – Scope of Work.
