PERMITS, FEES AND LICENSES. The Subcontractor shall give adequate notices to authorities pertaining to the Subcontractor’s Work and secure and pay for all permits, fees, licenses, assessments, inspections and taxes (excluding sales and use taxes), necessary to complete the Subcontractor’s Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. To the extent obtained by the Contractor under the Contract Documents, the Subcontractor shall be compensated for additional costs resulting from Laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and taxes (excluding sales and use taxes) enacted after the date of the Subcontract Agreement.
