Permits From Other Agencies. It is LICENSEE’S responsibility or contractor’s responsibility to obtain all permits normally connected with this work. This Agreement does not relieve LICENSEE or contractor of any legal obligation may have to obtain a County Encroachment permit when working on or obstructing County roads, or any other legally required permits or approvals.
