Permits, Licenses and Approvals. Borrower shall properly obtain, comply with and keep in effect all permits, licenses and approvals which are required to be obtained from governmental bodies in order to construct, occupy and lease the Land and Improvements. At Bank’s request, Borrower shall promptly deliver copies of all such permits, licenses and approvals to Bank.
