Common use of Permits, Licenses and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Permits, Licenses and Approvals. Promptly after the Effective Date, StadCo will commence, or continue if already having commenced, pursuing the receipt of all permits, licenses, and approvals required under Applicable Law (including the permits, licenses, and approvals required under the County Development Agreement) in connection with the design, development, construction, and operation of the Project Improvements and shall thereafter pursue the receipt of same in a diligent and commercially reasonable manner.
