Permits, Licenses and Notices. All plan review fees (except for plan reviews done by the Division of Building Safety), construction and building permits, licenses and authorizations necessary for the construction of the Project shall be secured on behalf of Owner and paid for by Design/Builder, except as specified in this Agreement. Design/Builder shall notify Owner’s Representative when it has received said permits, licenses and authorizations and upon receipt shall supply Owner with copies of same. The originals of said permits, licenses and authorizations shall be delivered to Owner upon completion of the Work, and receipt of such documents by Owner shall be a condition precedent to final payment. Design/Builder shall also give and maintain any and all notices required by applicable laws pertaining to the construction of the Work.
