Permits; Notices; Utility Statements. Prior to commencing any work, Developer shall, at its sole cost, expense, and liability, obtain all necessary permits and licenses and give all necessary and incidental notices required for the lawful construction of the Public Improvements and performance of Developer’s obligations under this Agreement. Developer shall conduct the work in full compliance with the regulations, rules, and other requirements contained in any permit or license issued to Developer. Prior to commencing any work, Developer shall file a written statement with the City Clerk and the City Engineer, signed by Developer and each utility which will provide utility service to the Property, attesting that Developer has made all deposits legally required by each utility for the extension and provision of utility service to the Property.
