You may not upload or transmit any material that infringes upon or misappropriates any person's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or rights of privacy or publicity or disclose via the Site any information the disclosure of which would constitute a violation of a confidentiality obligation or fiduciary duty on Your part.
