Permitted and Prohibited Uses. 3.1 During the term of this Agreement and as long as you comply with the terms of this agreement, you may use the Software only for your personal use or for the internal use of your business with the number of Desktops for which you have purchased licence keys. You may make as many copies of the Software as you require and install the Software on your Hosts to the extent you have licence keys for such copies. You are expressly prohibited from distributing the Software in any format, in whole or in part, for sale, or for commercial use or for any unlawful purpose. 3.2 You may not rent, lease or otherwise transfer the Software or allow it to be copied. Unless permitted by law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.
