Permitted Short stay A Member or Occupier seeking to use their Lot for Short-stay Accommodation or seeking to enter into an Occupation Agreement must:
Permitted Short. Term Debt of the Company in an aggregate principal amount at any time outstanding not to exceed $30,000,000, provided that for a minimum of thirty consecutive days in the period between November 1 and March 1 (inclusive) of every 12 months there shall be no such Debt outstanding and no Loans outstanding under this Agreement;
