Common use of Permitted Use of the Account Clause in Contracts

Permitted Use of the Account. You may only use the Account for personal, family, or household purposes. You may not use the Account for business, commercial, or illegal purposes, or in any manner not permitted by this Agreement. If you use the Account for a purpose that is not permitted, including illegal purposes, you are still liable for such use and you may be liable to us and/or the Card Networks for additional damages and expenses resulting from such use.
