Common use of Permitted Use of the Project Clause in Contracts

Permitted Use of the Project. Subject to the provisions of this Article and the Act, the Authority shall have the right to use the Project for any purpose allowed by law and contemplated by the Act. Except as provided in this Agreement, the Sponsors reserve no power or authority with respect to the operation of the Project by the Authority and activities incident thereto, it being the intention of the parties hereto that so long as the Authority shall duly and faithfully observe and perform all of the terms, covenants, provisions and agreements of this Agreement, the Authority shall manage, administer and govern the Project on a continuing day- to-day basis.
