Permitted Uses and Restrictions; Programme Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple hereby grants You during the Term, a limited, non-exclusive, personal, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-transferable licence to: (a) Install a reasonable number of copies of the Apple Software provided to You under the Programme on Apple-branded products owned or controlled by You, to be used internally by You or Your Authorised Developers for the sole purpose of developing or testing Covered Products designed to operate on the applicable Apple-branded products, except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement; (b) Make and distribute a reasonable number of copies of the Documentation to Authorised Developers for their internal use only and for the sole purpose of developing or testing Covered Products, except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement; (c) Install a Provisioning Profile on each of Your Authorised Test Units, up to the number of Authorised Test Units that You have registered and acquired licences for, to be used internally by You or Your Authorised Developers for the sole purpose of developing and testing Your Applications, except as otherwise expressly permitted in this Agreement; (d) Install a Provisioning Profile on each of Your Registered Devices, up to the limited number of Registered Devices that You have registered and acquired licences for, for the sole purpose of enabling the distribution and use of Your Applications on such Registered Devices; and (e) Incorporate the Apple Certificates issued to You pursuant to this Agreement for purposes of digitally signing Your Applications, Passes, Safari Extensions, Safari Push Notifications and as otherwise expressly permitted by this Agreement. Apple reserves the right to set the limited number of Apple-branded products that each Licensee may register with Apple and obtain licences for under this Programme (a “Block of Registered Device Licences”).
