Common use of Permitted Works Clause in Contracts

Permitted Works. It is agreed between the Landlord and Tenant that at the date of this lease the Landlord shall grant its consent subject to the provisions of this Lease to the repair works referred to in the Third Schedule hereto and the Tenant covenants to undertake and complete these works at the Tenants expense before October 1st 2018 subject to the provisions of this Lease.

Permitted Works. It is agreed between the Landlord and Tenant that at the date of this lease the Landlord shall grant its consent subject to the provisions of this Lease to the repair and refurbishment works referred to in the Third Schedule hereto and the Tenant covenants to undertake and complete these works at the Tenants expense before October 1st 2018 within the first six (6) months of the Term subject to the provisions of this Lease.

It is agreed between the Landlord and Tenant that at the date of this lease the Landlord shall grant its consent subject to the provisions of this Lease to the repair works referred to in the Third Schedule hereto and the Tenant covenants to undertake and complete these works at the Tenants expense before October 1st 2018 subject to the provisions of this Lease.. Entire understanding This lease embodies the entire understanding of the parties relating to the Premises and to all the matters dealt with by any of the provisions of this lease
