Common use of Permittees Access Clause in Contracts

Permittees Access. Permittees’ access to the Licensed Area shall be subject to access procedures as set forth in Exhibit E (License Access Procedures). Only Permittees shall be permitted access to the Licensed Area; provided that Lender and its employees and agents (all as agents of Licensee) shall have access to the Licensed Area once during each calendar year to inspect the System, subject to the same access requirements as Licensee.
