Common use of Permitting and Licensure Clause in Contracts

Permitting and Licensure. At Performing Agency’s sole expense, Performing Agency will procure and maintain for the duration of this Contract any state, county, city, or federal license, authorization, insurance, waiver, permit, qualification or certification required by statute, ordinance, law, or regulation to be held by Performing Agency to provide the goods or Services required by this Contract. Performing Agency will be responsible for payment of all taxes, assessments, fees, premiums, permits, and licenses required by law. 25. Section 11.17, Media Releases, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
