Perpetual Licensing Model. To the extent the licensing model is a perpetual model, the terms in this 2.1 shall apply. This Agreement shall become effective on the latest at the Licensee’s receipt of the Software and shall remain in effect for an indefinite period in time, subject to the terms and conditions set out below – in particular the right of IAR Systems to terminate the Agreement upon Licensee’s breach.
