Confidentiality Period. Information disclosed under this Agreement will be subject to this Agreement for two years following the initial date of disclosure.
Confidentiality Period. Each Party’s obligations of non-disclosure with regard to Confidential Information are effective as of the Effective Date and will expire five years from the date first disclosed to the receiving Party; provided, however, with respect to any Confidential Information that constitutes a trade secret (as determined under applicable law), such obligations of non- disclosure will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement for as long as such Confidential Information remains subject to trade secret protection under applicable law.
Confidentiality Period. Confidentiality Period means, (a) with respect to Confidential Information that is not Highly Confidential Information, five (5) years, and (b) with respect to Highly Confidential Information, in perpetuity, after either (i) the Separation Date with respect to Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party that is known to or in the possession of the Receiving Party as of the Separation Date or (ii) the date of disclosure with respect to Confidential Information that is disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party after the Separation Date.
Confidentiality Period. This Agreement and Recipient's duty to protect Confidential Information expires three (3) years from the date of receipt of Confidential Information.
Confidentiality Period. CONFIDENTIALITY PERIOD" means, (i) with respect to Confidential Information that is not Highly Confidential Information, five (5) years, and (ii) with respect to Highly Confidential Information, in perpetuity, after either (A) the Separation Date with respect to Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party that is known to or in the possession of the Receiving Party as of the Separation Date or (B) the date of disclosure with respect to Confidential Information that is disclosed by the Disclosing Party to the Receiving Party after the Separation Date.
Confidentiality Period. The confidentiality obligations set forth in Section 7.2 shall be in effect during the term of this Agreement and shall continue thereafter until five (5) years after termination of this Agreement. The confidentiality obligations set forth in Section 7.3 shall be in effect during the term of this Agreement and shall continue thereafter until the later of (1) three (3) years after the last commercial use of AACS Technology by AACS LA or any Content Participant, or (2) the expiration of the last copyright related to any AACS Technology encrypted/scrambled content which then exists in any country adhering to the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights of the World Trade Organization dated April 15, 1994.
Confidentiality Period. Recipient’s obligations under paragraphs 3 through 5 expire on the earlier of (a) notification from the Discloser that the Proprietary Information is no longer confidential, or (b) the Parties’ entry into a separate, subsequent agreement that contains confidentiality and non-disclosure provisions that supersede this Agreement as to that Proprietary Information.
Confidentiality Period. The confidentiality obligations set forth herein shall continue until the later of (i) three (3) years after the last commercial use of the Specification or DTCP by Licensor or any entity licensed to use the technology described in the Specification; and (ii) the expiration of the last copyright that protects any Commercial Entertainment Content which then exists in any country adhering to the Agreement on Trade Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights of the World Trade Organization dated April 15, 1994.
Confidentiality Period. Confidential Information disclosed pursuant to this Article IX will be subject to the terms of this Article IX for three years from the initial date of disclosure of such Confidential Information. In addition, at the request of a Party on a case-by-case basis, prior to the disclosure of any particular Confidential Information, the Parties shall discuss whether a longer confidentiality period is appropriate with respect to such Confidential Information.
Confidentiality Period. The confidentiality obligations set forth in Section 6.2 shall be in effect during the term of this Agreement and shall continue thereafter until five (5) years after termination of this Agreement.
