PERS Payments. The District shall take the necessary action to allow the employee’s portion of Public Employee Retirement System payments to be made with pre-tax dollars with the understanding that, should all or any portion of such payments be deemed to be taxable, individuals are liable for such taxes, including penalties, if any.
