Personal and Private Lives of Employees. ‌ The certificated personnel shall be entitled to full rights of citizenship and no religious or political activities of any certificated employee or the lack thereof shall be grounds for any discipline or discrimination with respect to the professional employment of such certificated personnel. The private and personal life of any certificated employee is not within the appropriate concern or attention of the Board, as long as the private and personal life does not interfere with the performance of the duties of the certificated employee.
