Common use of Personal Data Processing Standard Clause in Contracts

Personal Data Processing Standard. To the extent that any Personal Data, as defined in Section 9.18 of the HP Data Processing Standard (“DPS”), is processed by Supplier under this Agreement, Supplier agrees to comply with all applicable date protection and privacy laws, regulations and rules and that such processing shall occur in accordance with the DPS available at: xxxxx://x00000.xxx0.xx.xxx/supplierhandbook/HX- 00027-00.pdf and which is incorporated herein and represents inseparable part of this Agreement.
