You warrant that to the extent required by applicable law or regulation, You have provided notice to and obtained consent from relevant natural persons to allow us to process their personal data as described in the Privacy Circular as may be updated from time to time, prior to disclosure of such personal data to us. You further warrant that any such consent has been granted by these natural persons.
