Common use of Personal Information Outside Canada Clause in Contracts

Personal Information Outside Canada. If services are provided by the Bank or its service providers from a country other than Canada, or if data containing the Account Holder’s Personal Information are moved and found in a country other than Canada, the Account Holder understands that the Bank or its service providers may be required to disclose the Account Holder’s Personal Information to authorities of the foreign jurisdiction pursuant to the applicable laws of that jurisdiction.
