Damage for which the insured is covered under a nuclear energy policy (whether the Insured is unnamed in such contract and whether or not it is legally enforceable by the Insured) issued by the Nuclear Insurance Association of Canada or any other group or pool of insurers or would have been covered except that its limits of liability were used up.
