Common use of PERSONAL LIABILITY BENEFIT Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL LIABILITY BENEFIT. 1. The Company will pay this benefit up to the maximum limit stated in the Table of Benefits if the Insured Person incurs legal liability to a third party (inclusive of reasonable legal costs and expenses) for accidental bodily injury to a third party or accidental loss or damage to third party’s property, as a direct result of the Insured negligence towards the third party during the Journey.
