Common use of PERSONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE. We will pay all sums on your behalf which you become legally liable to pay as compensatory damage because of bodily injury or property damage. We will not pay any fines, penalties, punitive damages, exemplary damages or any other sum over and above actual compensatory damages.
