Payment at Separation. Any employee who is discharged or who separates from employment shall receive payment for up to 240 hours of accrued vacation credit or vacation pay with their final paycheck.
Payment at Separation. All regular employees shall be entitled to payment for unused PTO leave upon separation from City service. In the event of a death, the employee’s heirs will be entitled to payment for unused PTO leave.
Payment at Separation. Each employee who is separated from County service shall be entitled to payment for accrued compensatory time at the employee's base hourly rate at the time of the employee's separation, or in accordance with law.
Payment at Separation. An employee who resigns, quits, is laid off, or retires, is entitled to only the pro-rata share of vacation time earned in the calendar year when the separation from service occurs. Any money received for vacation time used but unearned at separation time shall be withheld from the employee's final pay. If an employee quits his job without two (2) weeks written notice, or is discharged for just cause (except medical reasons) shall not receive conversion of his prorated or unused vacation leave.
Payment at Separation. Upon separation, the member will be paid for the holidays that occurred during the calendar year prior to separation. Payment will be made with member's last payroll payment.
Payment at Separation. Within 90 days of a unit member's separation from the District, the District agrees to pay the unit member the full value of the excess vacation days identified in Paragraph 1, above. The value of each excess vacation day shall be based on the unit member's hourly rate during the 2019-2020 school year. It is the District's intent to make payment tothe unit member as soon as practicable following the unit member's separation. This provision shall apply only to excess vacation days as defined in Paragraph I, above. For all other accrued vacation time, consistent with the remainder of this Agreement, Article 13.15.4 shall apply regarding the payment of accrued vacation upon a unit member's separation from service.
Payment at Separation. Compensable time off earned at the rate of not less than one and one-half (1 1/2) hours for each hour of employment for which overtime compensation is required and which is unused at the time of an officer’s termination shall be compensated at the officer’s final regular hourly rate received at the time of termination.
Payment at Separation. An employee is entitled to compensation, at his current rate of pay, for the prorated portion of any earned but unused vacation leave for the current year to his credit at time of separation or layoff, and in addition, shall be compensated for any unused vacation leave accrued to his credit, to the maximums set forth in this A rticle.
Payment at Separation. Upon separation from the department commissioned employees shall be paid for the balance of their accrued vacation.
Payment at Separation. Accrued but unused Paid Time Off is paid to an Employee upon separation unless: • Employee resigns and fails to give a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice except for emergencies as mutually agreed to by Company and Employee. • Employee is in debt to Muzak for the return of Company owned equipment, fees owed and not yet paid or damages. • Employee is terminated for gross misconduct. • Employee separates employment before working more than sixty (60) days.
