Payment at Separation. Any employee who is discharged or who separates from employment shall receive payment for up to 240 hours of accrued vacation credit or vacation pay with their final paycheck.

Payment at Separation. All regular employees shall be entitled to payment for unused PTO leave upon separation from City service. In the event of a death, the employee’s heirs will be entitled to payment for unused PTO leave.
