Personal Non-Discrimination. 6.1.1 The District and ACT shall not illegally discriminate against any unit member on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, pregnancy, creed, political affiliation not prohibited by law, domicile, membership in an employee organization, participation in the activities of an employee organization, or the exercise of rights contained in this Agreement.
