Common use of Personal Possessions Clause in Contracts

Personal Possessions. a. It is the responsibility of the Student and/or the Applicant to take care of any personal possessions belonging to the Student and/or the Applicant including but not limited to sporting equipment, electronic devices, clothing and musical instruments. b. St Paul’s is not liable for any loss or damage to the property referred to in Clause 21(a). c. The Applicant hereby agrees to indemnify St Paul’s for any loss or damage to School property arising from the use or possession of the equipment referred to in Clause 21(a).
