Completion of Program. Upon successful completion of the courses, the employee agrees to remain in the employ of the City of Xxxxxxxx for a period of two (2) years. Should the employee choose to leave the City of Xxxxxxxx within the first year of the two-year period mentioned above, they acknowledge that the amount of wages paid to the employee during the first year of the classroom portion of the course represents a debt which the City of Xxxxxxxx may satisfy through deductions from wages, vacation pay or other appropriate means. Should the employee choose to leave the City of Xxxxxxxx within the 2nd year of the two-year period mentioned above, they acknowledge that half of the amount of wages paid to the employee during the first year of the classroom portion of the course represents a debt which the City of Xxxxxxxx may satisfy through deductions from wages, vacation pay or other appropriate means. PROGRESS ASSEMSSMENTS Regular progress assessments will be conducted. These shall not be subject to the grievance procedure. The Manager of Transit Fleet Maintenance, based on the requirements and guidelines of the Apprenticeship Program, will have sole discretion to decide if progress and performance are adequate to continue in the Apprenticeship Program.

Completion of Program a. By accepting tuition assistance, members agree to continue their employment by the district for three (3) years after completion of an approved plan of study. If a member leaves the district prior to completing an approved plan of study or prior to expiration of the three-year period after completion, an amount equal to the total amount of tuition assistance received by the member will be deducted from the member’s final payroll check. Such deduction shall not exceed the amount of the member’s final payroll check after deducting taxes and insurance. No such deduction will be made if the member’s employment is terminated or non-renewed by the District within three years after completion of an approved plan of study.

No such deduction will be made if the member’s employment is terminated or non-renewed by the District within three years after completion of an approved plan of study.

Graduates of Philadelphia Academy for Nurse Aide Training Inc. are also eligible to sit for the Pennsylvania Competency Evaluation Exam. Graduates who successfully pass both the skills examination and written examination of the Pennsylvania Competency Evaluation Exam will be listed on the Pennsylvania Department of Health Nurse Aide Registry. The cost to take this exam is $102.00. Pennsylvania Competency Evaluation Exam will be conducted in the Philadelphia area at location’s licensed by the American Red Cross. The Pennsylvania Competency Evaluation Exam is not part of the School’s regular curriculum. Successful graduation from Philadelphia Academy for Nurse Aide Training Inc. provides the student with the necessary assistance and form to register to sit for the Examination.
Completion of Program. When a saver purchases their home, withdraws from the program, or the program term ends, they must complete the appropriate withdrawal forms. Both the saver and a United Way of Frederick County representative will be required to sign these forms. At that point, a copy of the signed forms will be sent to the bank to prepare the check. If there are any funds left in the account, they will be withdrawn and returned to the account holder and the account will be closed. Once that has taken place, the saver and everyone in the household is no longer eligible to apply or reapply for a Prosperity Savings Account.

Completion of Program. A. Certification of graduation from his/her respective program will be contingent upon the Trainee having, on or before the date of completion, satisfactorily completed all program requirements at the Hospital for the Resident’s training program including those of the specialty as determined by the Residency Review Committee of the ACGME and the Board of the medical or surgical specialty, returned all Hospital property, completed all records and settled his or her financial obligations.
Completion of Program. Upon successful completion of the Program, the shall be employed as a MApecphreannitcic, eand placed on the Southwest Airlines Mechanic's seniority list and shall be paid at the applicable new hire rate of pay for Mechanics. Except that an Employee whose pay is redlined pursuant to paragraph 10 of this article at a rate higher than the applicable Mechanic pay rate, plus license premiums, shift premium, and longevity pay in the Mechanical category ("Mechanic's pay"), shall continue to be paid at the redlined rate until his Mechanic's pay would exceed the redlined rate. Approximately 30 days prior to the time the Apprentice successfully completes the program; a vacancy bid will be created and posted for bid as with any other permanent vacancy. The Apprentice will be awarded the station, bid location, shift and days off that are permitted by his seniority.
Completion of Program. Upon successful completion of the Program, the Apprentice shall be employed as a Probationary Mechanic, and shall be paid at the applicable new hire rate of pay for Mechanics, except that an Employee whose pay is redlined pursuant to paragraph 10 of this article at a rate higher than the applicable Mechanic pay rate, plus license premiums, shift premium, and longevity pay in the Mechanical category ("Mechanic's pay") , shall continue to be paid at the redlined rate until his Mechanic's pay would exceed the redlined rate. Such Employee shall be considered a probationary Employee for the first one hundred and eighty (180) days of his employment after successful completion of the program. There shall be no responsibility on the part of the Company for the reemployment of probationary Employees if they are discharged or laid off during this period, except as provided in Section 1 of this Article. If retained in the service after the probationary period of one hundred eighty (180) days, such Employee will be placed on the Southwest Airlines Mechanics seniority list as of the date he began probation, in accordance with Article 9, Section 8. At the time the Apprentice successfully completes the program and begins his probationary period, a vacancy bid will be created and posted for bid as with any other permanent vacancy. The Apprentice will be awarded the station, bid location, shift and days off that are permitted by his seniority.
