Common use of Personal Property Lease Obligations Clause in Contracts

Personal Property Lease Obligations. All obligations of Seller under the Personal Property Leases arising and to be performed on or after the Closing Date, and excluding any such obligations arising or to be performed prior to the Closing Date;

Personal Property Lease Obligations. All obligations of Seller Sellers under the Personal Property Leases arising and to be performed on or after the Closing Date, and excluding any such obligations thereunder arising or to be performed prior to the Closing Date;

Personal Property Lease Obligations. All obligations of Seller Sellers under the Personal Property Leases arising and to be performed on or after the Closing Date, and excluding any such obligations arising or to be performed prior to the Closing Date;; and

Personal Property Lease Obligations. All obligations of Seller under any personal property leases of the Personal Property Leases arising and Business which constitute Acquired Assets to be performed on or after the Closing Date, and excluding any such obligations arising or to be performed prior to the Closing Date;

Personal Property Lease Obligations. All obligations of Seller the Companies under the Personal Property Leases arising and to be performed on or after the Closing Date, and excluding any such obligations arising or to be performed prior to the Closing DateDate which is not reflected on the Balance Sheet or set forth on any Schedule to this Agreement(unless not required by the terms of this Agreement to be so set forth on a Schedule);

Personal Property Lease Obligations. All obligations of Seller under the Personal Property Leases arising arising, and to be performed performed, on or after the Closing DateDate (but specifically excluding liabilities for breaches of any of the Personal Property Leases by Seller, and excluding any such obligations arising whether occurring as a result of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or to be performed prior to the Closing Dateotherwise);
