Personal Property Left after Move-Out or Abandonment. If Xxxxxx leaves any personal property or belongings on the Property after surrendering or abandoning the Property, Landlord may, pursuant to Sec. 54.045(b)-(e) of the Property Code: (a) dispose of Xxxxxx’s personal property in the trash or a landfill; (b) donate such personal property to a charitable organization; (c) store such personal property under circumstances for a period of time as the Landlord may deem reasonable; or (d) sell Tenant’s personal property and retain the proceeds as an offset against Xxxxxxxx’s loss and damages.
