Personal Service Contracts. The Employer agrees that any Personal Service Contract entered into between the Employer and the employee for work performed under this Agreement shall provide that all of the applicable provisions of this Agreement between the Employer and the Union shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference and made a part of the Personal Service Contract.
