PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. This contract is a personal services contract and Executive may not assign any portion of his responsibilities under this Agreement. However, Executive shall have the right, after consultation with the Manager, to reasonably delegate appropriate administrative duties to any person who is an employee of the Company.
