Common use of PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT. This is a personal services contract and the rights and obligations set forth herein may not be assigned or delegated by Executive, except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement with respect to benefits payable upon Executive's disability or death, without the express, written consent of the Company. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Company, its successors and assigns. This Agreement may be assigned by the Company to any party, without the consent of Executive. The transfer of Executive to any parent, affiliate or subsidiary of the Company shall constitute an assignment of this Agreement.
