Personnel Duties, Qualifications, and Training. The Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor and subcontractor personnel working under this contract are fully qualified and have all required current and valid certifications and training for their assigned duties per this performance work statement and per all applicable Federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and requirements. Contractor may not substitute previously identified and accepted Key personnel without written KO acceptance.
