PERSONNEL FILES AND MEDICAL FILES. 41.01 There shall be one official personnel file respecting a Teacher. 41.01.01 Medical files shall be maintained at the Board Office separately from personnel files. 41.02 Teachers shall receive copies of any materials placed in their personnel files within (3) calendar days of the material being filed.
