PERSONNEL; PERFORMANCE STANDARDS. A. Contractor shall furnish professional personnel in accordance with the regulations, including all amendments thereto, issued by the State of California and the County. Contractor shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with at least the minimum staff required by law for provision of services hereunder. Such personnel shall be qualified in accordance with all applicable laws.
