Persons Not Covered Sample Clauses
The "Persons Not Covered" clause defines which individuals or entities are explicitly excluded from the protections, obligations, or benefits provided by the agreement. Typically, this clause lists specific categories such as independent contractors, affiliates, or third parties who are not considered parties to the contract and therefore do not have rights or responsibilities under its terms. By clearly identifying who is not covered, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and limits the scope of liability or obligation, ensuring that only intended parties are affected by the agreement.
Persons Not Covered. This Agreement does not apply to any person employed by the Employer as a sergeant, office, clerical, administrative, managerial or confidential employee, professional employee, supervisor, student employee, any person represented by another labor organization, or to any other person not covered by Section 4.1.
