Common use of Pets Not Allowed Clause in Contracts

Pets Not Allowed. a) Xxxxxx agrees not to have any pets or animals on the leased property without the written permission of Owner. If Owner discovers Xxxxxx has an animal on the leased property, without Owner’s permission, Owner can: i) end the lease by giving thirty days notice to leave; or ii) start a new lease with increases to the security deposit and rent beginning immediately; or iii) remove any animal found on the leased property that is not approved by Owner to an animal shelter or other such location at Tenant’s expense; b) Xxxxxx agrees to pay Owner for damages that the animal caused.

Pets Not Allowed. aa.) Xxxxxx Tenant agrees not to have any pets or animals on the leased property without the written permission of OwnerLandlord. If Owner Landlord discovers Xxxxxx Tenant has an animal on the leased property, without OwnerLandlord’s permission, Owner Landlord can: i) end 1. End the lease by giving thirty days (30) days’ notice to leave; or ii) start 2. Start a new lease with increases to the security deposit and rent beginning immediately; or iii) remove 3. Remove any animal found on the leased property that is not approved by Owner Landlord to an animal shelter or other such location at Tenant’s expense;. bb.) Xxxxxx Tenant agrees to pay Owner Landlord for damages that the animal animal(s) caused.
