PHA Supplied Appliances. If indicated by an (X) on Part II of this Lease, PHA will provide the specified appliance. Other major electrical appliances, air conditioners, freezers, extra refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc., may be installed and operated only with the written approval of PHA.
