Pharmaceutical Company Prohibitions. During the term of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR will not accept any gifts, samples, promotional items, meals, food, travel, honoraria, expense reimbursement, speaking engagements, employment, or any other compensation from pharmaceutical or healthcare device or supply companies with the exception of research related activities that have been approved by an Institutional Review Board.
