Phone Service Pages. (a) Upon request, Publisher shall include such phone service pages in the Primary Directories as Spinco may provide for the specific applicable Service Area(s). The content within such phone service pages shall not be promotional or advertising. Publisher shall have, subject to the terms of this Agreement (including Section 3.1(b) and (c)), the right to exercise final editorial control, which shall be exercised in a commercially reasonable manner and in conformity with applicable Legal Requirements, over the Published version of the content, design, format and location of the phone service pages. The phone service pages in any White Pages shall consist of two types:
